Procurement of IT/OT Security Equipment for Tarbela 4th Extension Hydel Power Station

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of IT/OT Security Equipment for the Tarbela 4th Extension Hydel Power Station located in Tarbela, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and involves the supply, installation, commissioning, testing, and training of IT/OT Security Equipment specifically for the DCS Section of the Tarbela 4th Extension Hydel Power Station on a D.D.P. basis. The contract period is 120 days. Items being procured: - Procurement, Installation, Commissioning, Testing and Training of IT/OT Security Equipment The procurement will be conducted using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and related regulations. Bidders must submit a single-stage one-envelope bid along with a Bid Security amounting to PKR 60,000 in the form of CDR or bank draft in favor of the Chief Engineer (O&M) 4th Extension HPS Tarbela, WAPDA. Hard copies of the bid security must reach the office before or on the closing date and time. Insurance guarantees will not be accepted.
