Procurement of IT Support Services

Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) invites qualified and experienced IT service providers to submit bids for the procurement of dedicated Technical Information Technology (IT) Support Services. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing technical support to maintain, administer, enhance, and optimize PCAA's IT infrastructure, applications, databases, networks, and emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation initiatives. Items being procured: - IT Support Services covering infrastructure, applications, databases, networks, AI and automation initiatives The scope includes comprehensive technical support to ensure smooth operation and enhancement of PCAA's IT environment. Bidders must be registered on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and submit their bids electronically through the PPRA EPADS Portal. A fixed bid security of PKR 1,800,000 in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Guarantee (scanned copy) in favor of Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority is required. The original bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope by the closing date. This tender is based in Karachi, Sindh, and all bids will be opened in the presence of the PCAA Procurement Committee and bidder representatives. The deadline for bid submission is on or before 05th October 2026 at 11:00 am, with technical bids opening at 11:30 am the same day.
