The National Database and Registration Authority Regional Head Office Islamabad requires this land to expand its operational footprint in Rawalpindi, ensuring the site meets commercial and accessibility standards. The procurement process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 36 (b) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
