Procurement of Laptops by Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (Pvt.) Ltd

Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (Pvt.) Ltd invites bids from recognized and experienced Sole Proprietor, Wholesale dealers, or Company Agents for the procurement of laptops. Bidders must be registered with the respective legal and tax authorities. The tender documents are available free of cost on the E-Procurement portal, PPRA, and QASPL websites. Bids must be submitted online on the E-Procurement portal by **05 October 2026 till 11:00 AM**. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the firms' representatives at Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (Pvt.) Ltd office located at 3rd Floor, 83-A, E/1, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore. Items being procured: - Laptops The delivery of the goods will be at the QASPL head office. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of **Rs. 356,000/-**, which is 4% of the estimated budget of **Rs. 8.9 million**. The bid security should be attached with the technical bid and must remain valid for at least 90 days after the bid submission deadline. Rates quoted must be inclusive of all taxes in Pakistani Rupees. Purchase Orders will be issued as and when required within the contract validity. QASPL reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
