Procurement of LED Lights for Faisalabad International Airport

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Faisalabad International Airport invites sealed bids for the procurement of LED Lights for FIAP under reference number P100312. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - 235 LED Panel Lights (2 ft. x 2 ft., 36-40 Watt, 3000K ± 100K, IP20, 1 Year Warranty) - 143 LED Down Lights (18-20 Watt, 6500K ± 100K, IP20, 1 Year Warranty) The LED Panel Lights are recessed or surface-mount backlit panels designed for uniform, glare-free illumination suitable for offices and airport passenger halls. The LED Down Lights are recessed or surface-mount down lights suitable for washrooms. Both items come with a standard one-year warranty and require sample approval by the E&M section of FIAP prior to final order to avoid installation issues. Bidders must be registered with valid NTN and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Bid security of Rs. 50,000 is required in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 23 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Technical bids must include detailed technical literature, brochures, brand details, and high-resolution photographs. OEM authorization letters are mandatory if the bidder is not the manufacturer. Samples of all quoted items must be provided at the time of technical bid opening at no cost to PAA. The contract includes delivery to Faisalabad International Airport, Airport Road, Faisalabad, Punjab. The delivery period is 15 days from the award of contract or purchase order. Payment will be made in Pakistani Rupees after successful delivery, inspection, and acceptance of goods. Bidders are advised to carefully review all terms and conditions, including the requirement to submit original bid security physically before the deadline. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or annul the procurement process without liability.
