Procurement of LED TVs by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company (KPEZDMC) invites eligible and registered bidders with FBR for the procurement of LED TVs. This procurement is conducted under a single stage one envelope procedure through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Items being procured: - LED TVs Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the EPADS portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 02:30 PM, October 20, 2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Proper pagination and sequencing of bidding documents in accordance with the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs) is mandatory. The Procurement Committee may require bidders to present original physical bid documents for verification if deemed necessary. A 2% Bid Security of the total quoted amount is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of KPEZDMC. The original Bid Security must be scanned and uploaded with the bid on EPADS and also submitted in a sealed envelope to the KPEZDMC Head Office at Plot No. 23, Street No. 13, Sector E-8, Phase 7, Hayatabad, Peshawar before the bid submission deadline. Failure to submit the original Bid Security will result in bid rejection under KPPRA rules. Bids will be opened electronically on October 20, 2026, at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the KPEZDMC office.
