Tender Description
The National University of Technology (NUTECH) Procurement Department in Islamabad Capital Territory is inviting bids for the procurement of Library Books (III) for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement is specifically for a comprehensive collection of educational and vocational textbooks covering topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Environmental Science, Data Structures, and related fields. The books are to be delivered to the SCM Office, 2nd Floor Adm Block, NUTECH University, Karnal Sher Khan Shaheed (IJP Road), Sector I-12, Islamabad.
The technical scope includes supply of latest edition books from reputable publishers such as BPB Publications, IRB Media, Asian Development Bank, and others. The delivery schedule is set at 90 days from the date of contract award. Bidders must provide original certificates of authenticity, publisher invoices, goods declarations, and undertakings on company letterhead. Import timelines for books not in ready stock must be confirmed. Suppliers must ensure no remainders, old editions, or physically damaged books are delivered.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR/ATL and possess relevant experience in supplying educational materials. Original Call Deposit Receipts (CDRs) in favor of National University of Technology must accompany bids. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection method.
The bid submission deadline is Monday, June 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day via the EPADS v2.0 online system. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 well in advance and ensure compliance with all bid security and documentation requirements.
