Tender Description
Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) invites pre-qualification applications for the procurement of maintenance and repair works through a Framework Agreement. The procurement is specific to Faisalabad city and aims to engage eligible firms for maintenance and repair services under the terms outlined in the Pre-Qualification Document (PQD).

The procurement will follow a transparent pre-qualification procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, amended from time to time. Only pre-qualified applicants will be invited to submit bids through a Request for Proposals (RFP). Interested firms can download the PQD from the FIEDMC website (www.fiedmc.com.pk), Punjab E-Procurement portal (https://cp.punjab.gov.pk), and PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk).
Applications along with supporting documents must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) on or before 1100 hours on August 25, 2026. Applications sent by email, parcel, or hand submission will not be accepted. The validity of pre-qualification will be one year for the related project assignment. The estimated cost for this assignment is **PKR 151 Million** inclusive of all applicable taxes. The contract duration is six months, extendable by mutual consent.
Eligible firms should comply with PEC registration requirements and be registered with FBR/ATL. Earnest money and other bid security requirements will be detailed in the PQD. Clarifications can be sought in writing within seven days after the PQD upload. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject applications without liability.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions on the Punjab E-Procurement portal and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of documents and digital submission is recommended to handle any technical issues on the portal.
