All items must be brand new, conforming to the latest specifications and standards, with OEM certificates and quality assurance documentation. The body cameras must support up to 1080p or 1296p HD video recording at 30fps. Eligibility criteria require firms to be manufacturers, authorized dealers, or suppliers with valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration. Firms must submit audited financial reports for the last three years, bank statements, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, and certificates of non-blacklisting.
