Procurement of Miscellaneous Items and Services for Police Department Rawalpindi FY 2026-27

The Police Department Rawalpindi invites experienced and financially sound business enterprises to submit sealed bids for a frame work contract for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and targets a variety of miscellaneous items and services essential for departmental operations in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - AO3901 Stationery - AO3955 Computer Stationery - AO3902 Printing Items - AO9201 Computer Hardware - AO3970-001 Others including Misc. & Electrical items, Cleanliness items, Purchase of Exhibition Fair & Other items - Provision of food items for Law & Order and Special Duties - AO3942 Cost of other Store - AO3970-0113970-049 Feeding Charges including Feeding for Horses and Cost of Medicine - Repair of transport including Purchase of Tyres & Tubes, Batteries - Spare parts & Denting Painting - Repair of Tyre, Tube, Batteries, Spare parts Denting Painting for Motorcycles & Dolphin Motorbikes - 3807 Lubricants, Mobil Oil - A13303 Other Building (Repair/Renovation of Govt. offices, Residential buildings & Police Lines, Police Stations, etc.) The scope covers supply of stationery, computer hardware, printing items, electrical and cleanliness items, food provisions for law enforcement duties, transport repair and maintenance including tyres and batteries, lubricants, and building repair and renovation works. The contract is for Rawalpindi city and includes diverse materials and services to support police operations. Eligible bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax authorities, possess NTN and Sales Tax registration, professional tax, Punjab Sales Tax on services/purchases, and provide Police Character Certificate. Firms should be financially sound and experienced. A performance certificate on stamp paper amounting to Rs. 3000/- is required, confirming no default or criminal record. Earnest Money (CDR) at 3% of estimated cost must be submitted. The closing date for bid submission is 10-08-2026 by 10:30 AM via Punjab e-procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in presence of procurement committee. Bidders must follow e-procurement rules and submit bids through PSID from Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. A practical tip: Ensure all samples of items are ready for inspection at technical bid opening to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully prepare your financial bid inclusive of all taxes as rates are final and inclusive of GST/PST and government taxes valid till 30-06-2027.
