Tender Description
The District Health Officer Ghotki at Mirpur Mathelo invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible Suppliers, Firms, Manufacturers, Importers, and Authorized Distributors enlisted on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR/SRB for the Financial Year 2026-27 under Rule-46 (1) - Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules.

The procurement covers a diverse range of goods and repair services essential for the district health operations. The scope includes supply of miscellaneous petty articles, uniforms and protective clothing for staff, repair services for machinery and transport vehicles, furniture and fixture repairs, and purchase of drug medicines. Bidders must be registered with FBR/SRB and comply with the Sindh Public Procurement Rules. The bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available for download from the official EPADS portal at http://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 29th September 2026 before 10:30 A.M. The original tender fee and required bid security must reach the office of the District Health Officer prior to bid submission deadline. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Tender fees and bid security vary by item, with fees ranging from Rs:2000 to Rs:3000 (non-refundable) and bid security set at 5% of the total budget for each item. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules. In case of an unscheduled public holiday or unforeseen circumstance on the bid opening date, submission and opening will be postponed to the next working day without change in terms.
