Procurement of Network Switches

Heavy Industries Taxila, Supply Chain Management Directorate, Taxila Cantt invites bids for the procurement of Network Switches on FOR basis. This tender is specifically for the supply of 24 Port Network Switches with specifications as per Annexure A. Items being procured: - 24 Port Network Switch (11 Nos) - 24 Port Network Switch (3 Nos) The technical specifications require Omada 24-Port Gigabit and 4-Ports 10 GE SFP+ L2+ Managed Switch with PoE+ and rack mountable, brand Juniper or equivalent. Delivery is expected within 4 weeks after signing of contract. The tender is open to reputed firms possessing NTN certificates and complying with PPRA and MoDP rules. Bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes, including a postal order of Rs 2000/- with the technical bid. Bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Pay Order is mandatory. Eligibility criteria include no blacklisting, valid registrations, and financial soundness. The bid validity period is 180 days extendable by 90 days. The submission deadline is 05 August 2026 at 1030 hours, with bid opening at 1100 hours the same day at the Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. The bid must be dropped in the tender box at Gate No. 5, Heavy Industries Taxila. Firms should ensure compliance with all mandatory conditions to avoid disqualification. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated on quality and cost criteria.
