Procurement of Oxygen Gas and Acetylene Gas Cylinders for SNGPL Rawalpindi

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the procurement of Oxygen Gas and Acetylene Gas cylinders to be delivered at SNGPL Camp, Near Ranger Cadet College, Saroba Grid Station, Sehal Village, Tehsil & District Rawalpindi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference FCS/SOA/TE/070/26 (P126436). Bidders must be registered and eligible as per the bidding documents and submit their bids through the EPADS v2.0 portal by the deadline of Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 03:00 PM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted. Items being procured: - Oxygen Gas in Cylinders, Quantity: 1373.6 cubic meters - Acetylene Gas in Cylinders, Quantity: 423 cubic meters The Oxygen Gas must have a purity assay of minimum 99.5% by volume with moisture content dew point below -54°C and cylinders forged from seamless chrome-molybdenum steel with standard service pressure between 2,015 to 2,400 psi. The Acetylene Gas must have a purity assay between 98.0% to 99.5% by volume with specified limits on impurities and be supplied in dissolved acetylene form with appropriate cylinder specifications and safety relief mechanisms. Suppliers are responsible for provision of filled cylinders and collection of empty cylinders from SNGPL stores. Bidders must quote brand name and country of origin for the gases. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for 2026-27, and submission of original bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Delivery is required within 15 days after placement of purchase order. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted physically at SNGPL Camp, Rawalpindi before the bid submission deadline. Late bids or incomplete submissions will be disqualified.
