Procurement of Rechargeable Dry Batteries for Transmission Headquarter Faisalabad

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Procurement Office invites sealed bids for the procurement of rechargeable dry batteries for its Transmission Headquarter located at Sargodha Road, Faisalabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender number FST/TE/057/26 with contract reference P132157. Bidders registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 are eligible to participate and must submit their bids electronically through the EPADS portal by the deadline of Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Items being procured: - Dry Battery UME 115DR26R 60 Amp, 12 Volts (Quantity: 14) - Rechargeable Sealed Battery Gel Type 12V 100 AH (Quantity: 16) - Rechargeable Seal Battery, 12 V - 42 Ah, VRLA (Quantity: 24) The batteries must conform to the technical specifications attached as Appendix-C1 to C3. Delivery is required within 30 days at the Transmission Headquarter stores in Faisalabad. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft and submit the original bid security physically before the closing time at the specified address. Performance/Warranty Bond Guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required within 30 days of purchase order issuance. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, NTN, GST, Professional Tax clearance, and active taxpayer status. Bidders must submit a Certificate of Full Disclosure and Non-Collusion.
