Procurement of Souvenirs and Gifts Items for University Shop

Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from well-established and sound parties for the procurement of souvenirs and gifts items for the university shop. This procurement is specifically for the university located at The Mall, Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Souvenirs - Gifts Items The procurement requires bidders to be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax, and they must be active tax filers. Prices should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees with GST indicated separately where applicable. Prices quoted must remain valid for 90 days and extendable for another 30 days. The university reserves the right to reject any E-Bids or proposals prior to acceptance without justification. All bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) portal in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. No bids will be accepted through mail, courier, or by hand. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 22nd October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the purchase office. The last date for submission of E-Bids is 29th October 2026 by 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
