Procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery, Others, Plant & Machinery, Furniture & Fixture for Deputy Inspector General of Police, Telecommunications & Transport, Punjab, Lahore

The Deputy Inspector General of Police, Telecommunications & Transport, Punjab, Lahore invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System at www.ep.Punjab.gov.pk for the procurement of various stores. Bidders must be General Order Suppliers, Manufacturers, or Firms engaged in trading, registered with relevant Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax) with a valid professional tax certificate for the financial year 2026-27 from Excise & Taxation Department and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bidding process follows single stage – two envelope procedures as per rule 38 (2) (a) PPR-2014. Items being procured: - AO-3901 Stationery Charges - AO-3955 Computer Stationery - AO-3970-001 Others - AO-9601 Plant & Machinery - AO-9701 Furniture & Fixture All electronic bids must be accompanied by an Electronic Bid Security of 2% of the estimated price in the name of the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Telecommunications & Transport, Punjab, Lahore, in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order/PSID through the electronic system. Bids must be submitted online at www.ep.Punjab.gov.pk by 14-September-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. No pre-bid meeting is applicable. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and Punjab e-Procurement System www.ep.punjab.gov.pk. The lot-wise lowest price of evaluated bids will be considered for purchase. Bidders must quote the rate of each item in the store; failure to quote any item will render the bid non-responsive. The successful bidder shall deposit 5% as Performance Guarantee against each supply order. The authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals in line with Rule 35 of PPRA Rules, 2014.
