Tender Description
The Federal Investigation Agency Karachi Zone (FIA) is procuring a comprehensive range of stationery items for its office located in Karachi, Sindh. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and includes items such as ball pens, pencils, staplers, paper, registers, toners, and various other office supplies. The delivery location is specified as Banglow No.25-A, Lalazar Society, M.T Khan Road Near Beach Luxury Hotel, Harbour Sub-Division, Karachi West.
The technical scope covers the supply of multiple stationery products including Ball Pen Packet Piano Plane, Dollar Pointer, Uni Eye Pen UB-157, Schineider Ultra X895 0.6 mm, Gem Clip 36 MM Box Crystal, UHU Stick, Sharpner Dux, Highlighter Pelikan, Inkpad Crystal, File Tag, Scissor China, Paper Cutter, Steel Scale, various sizes of Registers, Paper A4 and Legal Size, File Boards, Toners HP 76-A and 58-A, Calculators, Board Markers, Punches, Post it Slips, Transparent Tape, Stapler Machines, Rubber Grip Ball Pens, Pin Cushions, Paper Weights, and Table Sets among others.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, possess valid Professional Tax registration, and have at least five years of relevant experience supported by purchase orders. Firms must not have been blacklisted in the last five years and should submit affidavits confirming compliance. Bid security of 5% of the quoted amount is mandatory. Physical samples may be requested by the procuring agency. Bidders must participate in all items and supply within 5 days after issuance of supply order, failing which performance security may be forfeited.
The submission deadline is Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 03:00 PM, with bid opening at 03:30 PM on the same day via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0.
