Procurement of Uniform for Special Students Financial Year 2026-27

The Principal Govt. Secondary School of Special Education for Hearing Impaired (Girls) Sargodha invites sealed e-bids online through E-PADS for procurement of uniform items and shoes for winter and summer season for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is open to registered bidders with valid Income Tax, Sales Tax registrations and E-PADS registration as per PPRA Rules-2014 and its subsequent amendments. Items being procured: - Girls Kit (Shalwar, Qameez, Dupatta, Sash, Socks, Shawl, Shamceez) - Jersey (Girls): Blue Jersey - Shoes (Girls): Black Shoes (Service or Equal) The scope includes supply of uniform items to the institute for special students. Bidders must upload bid security/earnest money @ 5% in the form of CDR in favor of the Principal Govt. Secondary School of Special Education for Hearing Impaired (Girls) Sargodha in PDF format on E-PADS along with the Technical Proposal. Financial bids will be evaluated on the basis of total amount under a single stage two envelope mechanism. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of attested CNIC copies, proof of general sales tax certificate, income tax registration, and professional tax certificate with payment challan. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract amount is mandatory before issuance of supply order. Successful bidders must supply items within 30 days after issuance of supply order and take sizes of students within 10 working days after grievance period. Tender forms must be uploaded on E-PADS by 23-10-2026 by 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the Purchase Committee. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened after grievance period. All rates must include prevailing taxes. One practical tip: Ensure all mandatory documents including CNIC, tax certificates, and earnest money CDR are correctly uploaded on E-PADS before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
