Purchase of Summer and Winter Uniform Kits and Shoes for Hearing Impaired Boys

The Govt. Secondary School of Special Education for Hearing Impaired Boys Rawalpindi invites online submission tenders for the purchase of summer and winter uniform kits and shoes for 120 special students for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is from reputable, financially sound, and technically capable firms, suppliers, or manufacturers registered with Income & Sales Tax departments and PRA / E-PADS. The total estimated procurement cost is Rs. 2.0 million. Items being procured: - Lot No. 01: Boys Uniform with Shoes (Complete Winter Season Kit 2026-27) estimated cost Rs. 800,000 with bid security Rs. 24,000 - Lot No. 02: Boys Uniform with Shoes (Complete Summer Season Kit 2026-27) estimated cost Rs. 600,000 with bid security Rs. 18,000 - Lot No. 03: Boys Uniform with Shoes (Complete Summer Season Kit 2026-27) estimated cost Rs. 600,000 with bid security Rs. 18,000 Uniform specifications include shoes (Bata/Service/equivalent) as recommended by the committee. The procurement covers winter and summer season uniforms for hearing impaired boys in Rawalpindi. Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelopes (technical & financial) as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bids will not be opened. Bidders must submit bids in PDF format on e-PADS before the deadline. Bid security @ 3% of the total estimated price must be submitted in original CDR form. Performance guarantee of 5% of total cost is required from successful bidders. The supply must be completed within 30 days of supply order issuance. Bidders must not be blacklisted by PPRA or procuring agency. All quoted rates include GST and are valid until 30.06.2027. Interested bidders should upload a performance certificate on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- stating no default or disqualification from PPRA or the procuring agency. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons. The tender closing date is 26-10-2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The e-PADS system will not allow submission after the deadline. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. The procuring agency is not responsible for any cost or loss incurred by bidders during bid preparation or submission.
