Procurement of Uniform for Special Students Financial Year 2026-27

The Govt. Special Education Centre Sillanwali Sargodha invites sealed e-bids online for procurement of students uniform items and shoes for winter and summer seasons for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is governed under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and requires bidders to be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Boys Kit: Shirt, Pent with belt, Jersey, Tie, Bunyan, Socks (Winter & Summer) - Girls Kit: Shalwar, Qameez, Dupatta, Sash, Socks, Shawl, Shameez - Jersey (Boys & Girls): Blue jersey - Shoes (Boys & Girls): Black Shoes (Bata, Service or Equal) The scope includes supplying complete uniform items and shoes according to approved student-wise sizes within 30 days of issuance of the Supply Order. The successful bidder must take individual measurements of all students within 10 working days after the grievance period. All transportation, loading, unloading, and delivery expenses are borne by the supplier with delivery at Govt. Special Education Centre Sillanwali during official hours. Eligibility requires submission of Bid Security/Earnest Money equivalent to 5% in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Headmaster. Mandatory documents include CNIC, GST Registration Certificate, Income Tax Registration Certificate/NTN, Active Taxpayer status, Professional Tax Certificate, and firm registration documents. Performance Security/Guarantee equivalent to 10% of contract amount is required before supply order issuance. Technical bids will be opened electronically on 29-10-2026 at 11:00 A.M. through the e-Procurement System. Only technically qualified bidders will have their financial proposals opened. The procurement follows a Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must upload the complete tender documents on or before 29-10-2026 at 10:30 A.M.
