Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the supply of an Uninterruptible Power Supply Easy 3M UPS 100 KVA as per detailed specifications in Annex-A. The procurement will be conducted under the rules of PPRA and MoDP.
Items being procured:
- Uninterruptible Power Supply Easy 3M UPS 100 KVA (Qty: 01 Nos)
The delivery period is 3 months after signing the contract. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. The tender submission deadline is 21 August 2026 at 1030 hours, with opening at 1100 hours the same day.
Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, or indexation letters issued by HIT, registration letters with government or semi-government organizations, attested copies of sales tax registration and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for one year, attested CNIC copies of CEO or Director, trade link documents with OEM if distributor or agent, and a judicial certificate worth Rs 100 duly attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or a defaulter. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
