Provide & Supply Security & Surveillance Equipment with Accessories

The Institute of Business Administration Karachi invites electronic bids on EPADS from active taxpayers of manufacturers, firms, companies, and suppliers registered with SPPRA EPADS and relevant tax authorities for the procurement of security and surveillance equipment with accessories. Items being procured: - Security & Surveillance Equipment with Accessories - SLA for Local Support of Network Core Switches - Lightning Accessories This tender covers the supply of advanced security and surveillance equipment along with necessary accessories to enhance the safety infrastructure at IBA Karachi. The scope includes provision of high-quality equipment suitable for campus security and network core switch support services. Bidders must be registered with SPPRA EPADS and have valid tax registration. The tender process follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Tender documents can be downloaded from the IBA and SPPRA EPADS websites. The tender fee challan must be generated from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and deposited at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. Bid submission requires uploading the bid along with a copy of Bid Security/Earnest Money and supporting documents on the SPPRA EPADS portal https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. The original Bid Security and Original Bid (duly signed and stamped) must be delivered to IBA Karachi at the Registrar Office, IBA Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270 before the bid opening schedule. Bids will be opened on the same date and venue in the presence of bidders' representatives. Please ensure that bid security, in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft, is submitted in favor of 'IBA Karachi' along with the tender. Key dates include issuance starting September 14, 2026, from 09:00 AM, with submission and issuance end date on October 02, 2026, till 03:00 PM. Opening of bids will be on October 02, 2026, at 03:30 PM.
