Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a Walk Through Gate at the Lahore Aviation Station. This procurement is specifically for a high-precision multi-zone metal detector gate designed to meet international airport security standards and ensure safety and efficiency at the Lahore Airport facility. Items being procured: - Walk Through Gate (Model: HI-PE Plus or equivalent) The gate features 60 localization zones (20 vertical, 3 lateral), double front and back display, and complies with electromagnetic standards for human exposure and pacemaker safety. It offers high discrimination, rapid reset time, and a high throughput rate of up to 60 persons per minute. The system includes continuous self-diagnostics, no need for periodic recalibration, multi-tone alarm signaling, and programming protected by user passwords. The equipment is harmless to pacemaker wearers, pregnant women, and magnetic media. The scope includes removal of the existing gate, installation, commissioning, wiring, DB box setup, and software configuration. The vendor must provide a two-year warranty covering parts and services with no additional cost for visits during the warranty period. Training for three PSO staff members on the operation of the gate will be provided along with service manuals and calibration certificates. Delivery and installation will be at Lahore Airport. Eligibility requires compliance with PSO standards and HSE rules. Vendors must visit the site to fully understand the scope. The work must be completed within 90 days of purchase order issuance. Late delivery penalties apply at 0.1% per day up to 10% of the order value. All government taxes and duties must be included in the quoted rates.
