The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers of manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors, and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for the procurement of Security & Surveillance Equipment with Accessories. Bidders must be registered with FBR and Sales Tax authorities, provide OEM certificates or authorized agency proof, and have relevant experience of at least three years with minimum annual turnover of PKR 14 million. A bid security of PKR 150,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi is mandatory. Tender documents are available for download from the IBA website and SPPRA EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted/uploaded on the SPPRA EPADS portal by October 02, 2026, 03:00 PM. The original bid security and signed bid documents must be physically delivered to the Security Office, Gate #4, IBA Main Campus, Karachi by the same deadline. Bids will be opened on October 02, 2026, at 03:30 PM at the IBA Main Campus in the presence of bidders' representatives. IBA Karachi reserves the right to reject any bid or cancel the bidding process as per SPP Rules 2010. Only uploaded bids with supporting documents will be accepted; in case of contradiction, the EPADS submitted bid will prevail.
