Providing and Fixing of RFID Door Lock in Public Washrooms of CF Sites in Karachi Division

This tender invites qualified suppliers to provide and fix RFID door locks in public washrooms at CF sites under the jurisdiction of Pakistan State Oil Company Limited in Karachi Division. The procurement involves supplying and installing original stand-alone RFID locks, specifically the Zkt K40 Original Stand Alone or Dahua or approved equivalent proximity card readers. The locks are waterproof and include features such as a built-in doorbell push button, 8 sets of door open passwords, adjustable door open time from 1 to 99 seconds, and a maximum capacity of 1000 cards with 8-digit card numbers. The system supports 5 door open methods and operates on 12VDC power supply with standby current of 100mA and operation current of 130mA. The proximity distance varies between 5cm to 10cm depending on the card frequency (125KHz or 13.56MHz). The electromagnetic lock supports 600Lbs with indicator and lock status output for a single door. Additionally, UPS power supply with battery output of 13.8V /5A and 650mA charge current is included for security and automation systems. Battery exit push button series WS mechanical series and installation fiber shade are also part of the scope. The work includes installation, commissioning, and testing of the RFID lock system as per site requirements.
