Providing and Fixing Solar Street Lights in Various Locations of Taluka Samaro District Umerkot

The Rural Development Department Mirpurkhas Division invites bids for the work of providing and fixing solar street lights in various locations of Taluka Samaro District Umerkot. This procurement is under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) and is expected to be completed within 360 days. Items being procured: - Construction of RCC foundation for 31/40 ft long tubular poles 18"x6" including excavation, stone soiling, lean concrete, MS bolts and welding - Providing and fixing MS tubular poles 31 ft long with base plate, stiffeners, window making, and painting - Providing and installation of all-in-one solar panel 70W with LiFePO4 battery (85AH), die cast aluminum housing, lens, and lamp with 3 years warranty The technical scope includes construction of foundations as per specifications, installation of MS tubular poles using hydraulic cranes and manual labor, and supply and installation of solar panels and lamps meeting IEC/PSQC standards. The work will be executed at multiple locations within Taluka Samaro, Umerkot district. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in C5 category with relevant specialization codes, active registration with Electric Inspectorate Mirpurkhas Region, valid NTN and SRB certificates with active tax payer status, and at least five years of experience in similar works with satisfactory completion certificates. Financial capability must be demonstrated with bank statements, audited reports, and credit worthiness certificates. Bidders must also submit bid security of 5% of the estimated cost.
