Providing Janitorial Services with Material to SESSI Hospitals for the Year 2026-27

Sindh Employees' Social Security Institution (SESSI) Karachi invites online bids through the e-Procurement System (ePAD) from eligible firms/companies for providing Janitorial Services with Material to SESSI Hospitals throughout Sindh Province for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Janitorial Services with Material for SESSI Hospitals The scope includes comprehensive janitorial services along with the supply of necessary cleaning materials to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards at SESSI Hospitals. The contract covers multiple hospital locations within Sindh Province, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of hospital premises. Eligible bidders must be duly registered with relevant regulatory authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must be listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). A Tender Fee of PKR 5,000/- in the shape of a pay order is required. Bid Security of PKR 1,350,000/- must be submitted in the form of pay order, demand draft, or bank guarantee. Tender documents containing detailed scope of work, terms and conditions, and eligibility criteria are available online at https://eprocure.gov.pk/ and the official website https://sessi.gov.pk/. Bids must be submitted electronically via the ePAD portal on or before 16-09-2026 till 1530 Hrs (PST). Bids will be opened the same day at 1600 Hrs (PST). Hard copies of bidding documents along with original pay orders for Tender Fee and Bid Security must be submitted to the Director Procurement, Sindh Employees' Social Security Institution, Head Office, Karachi. In case of unforeseen holidays or emergencies, the tender opening will be postponed to the next working day at the same venue and time. SESSI reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with SPPRA Rules, 2010.
