The project requires adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, and timely completion within 90 days. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in the relevant category, NTN and SRB active taxpayer status, submission of bid security of 5% of estimated cost, integrity pact, and experience in similar government works.
