The Public Health Engineering Division Sujawal invites bids for the construction works titled Provision and Fixing of Paver Block at Different Villages of UC Gul Muhammad Baran Taluka Jati in Sujawal, Sindh. The works are to be completed within 12 months. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories CE09, CE10, EE11 and hold valid licenses including Electric Inspectorate registration. They must also have valid FBR and SRB registration with active taxpayer status, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications, and provide evidence of similar works experience and financial soundness. Bids are to be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal only by 22nd September 2026 at 2:30 PM. Tender fee is PKR 3,000 and bid security is 5% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt.
