Provision and Fixing of Paver Block and Construction of Culverts at Various Villages of UC Karmalik Taluka Jati Sujawal

The Public Health Engineering Division Sujawal invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the construction and fixing of paver blocks and related civil works at various villages of UC Karmalik Taluka Jati under the S.W.C scheme funded by Oil and Gas. The works include provision and fixing of paver blocks at Memon Muhalla, Khatthi Muhalla, Mallah Muhalla, and other villages, construction of culverts, and rural water supply schemes. Items being procured: - Provision and Fixing of Paver Block at Memon Muhalla, Khatthi Muhalla and Mallah Muhalla Town Committee - Provision and Fixing of Paver Block at Different Villages of Taluka Shah Bundar - Provision and Fixing of Paver Block from BHU Ladiyoon to Dargha Syed Juman Shah Taluka Shah Bundar - Provision and Fixing of Paver Blocks at THQ Hospital Taluka Jati - Provision and Fixing of Paver Block at Different Villages of UC Karmalik Taluka Jati - Provision and Fixing of Paver Block at Different Villages of UC Gul Muhammad Baran Taluka Jati - Construction of 05 Nos Culvert 3 Span at Village Ali Ghuriyani UC Jar Taluka Sujawal - Remaining Construction of Rural Water Supply Scheme Loung Abro UC Mughalbeen Taluka Jati - Construction of 03 Nos Culvert 3 Span Village Allah Bux Chandani, Hussain Chandani & Ramzan Chandani Taluka Mirpur Bathoro - Remaining Work Rural Water Supply Scheme at Village Aajiz Ali Mohammad Thaheem UC Karmalik District Sujawal The technical scope includes excavation, earth compaction, carriage of earth, cement concrete works, and fixing of cement paving blocks with specified strength and dimensions. The contract duration is 12 months. Eligibility criteria require registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories CE09, CE10, EE11, valid electric inspectorate license, FBR active taxpayer status, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications, and experience in similar works. Earnest money of 5% of estimated cost and tender fee of PKR 3,000 are required. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by 22nd September 2026 at 2:30 PM. The original tender fee and bid security must be delivered to the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Sujawal office before the deadline. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bidders are advised to regularly monitor the EPADS portal for updates. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all mandatory eligibility documents and technical proposals are complete and properly signed to avoid disqualification. Submission is strictly electronic; physical bids will not be accepted.
