Provision and Fixing of Paver Blocks and Construction Works at Various Locations in Sujawal and Shah Bundar

The Public Health Engineering Division Sujawal invites electronic bids through the EPADS portal for the provision and fixing of paver blocks and related civil works at multiple locations including Memon Muhalla, Khatthi Muhalla, Mallah Muhalla Town Committee Chuhar Jamali Taluka Shah Bundar, and other villages in Taluka Shah Bundar and Taluka Jati under the Oil and Gas Funded Schemes. Items being procured: - Provision and Fixing Paver Block at Memon Muhalla Khatthi Muhalla and Mallah Muhalla Town Committee Chuhar Jamali Taluka Shah Bundar - Provision and Fixing of Paver Block at Different Villages of Taluka Shah Bundar - Provision and Fixing of Paver Block from BHU Ladiyoon to Dargha Syed Juman Shah Taluka Shah Bundar District Sujawal - Provision and Fixing of Paver Blocks at THQ Hospital Taluka Jati - Provision and Fixing of Paver Block at Different Villages of UC Karmalik Taluka Jati - Provision and Fixing of Paver Block at Different Villages of UC Gul Muhammad Baran Taluka Jati - Construction of 05 Nos Culvert 3 Span at Village Ali Ghuriyani UC Jar Taluka Sujawal Remaining - Construction of Rural Water Supply Scheme Loung Abro UC Mughalbeen Taluka Jati District Sujawal - Construction of 03 Nos Culvert 3 Span Village Allah Bux Chandani, Hussain Chandani & Ramzan Chandani Taluka Mirpur Bathoro Remaining - Work Rural Water Supply Scheme at Village Aajiz Ali Mohammad Thaheem UC Karmalik District Sujawal The scope includes excavation, earth compaction, carriage of earth, cement concrete works, provision and fixing of cement paving blocks, kerb stone fixing, and related civil works. The contract duration is 12 months. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories CE09, CE10, EE11 with valid licenses, hold valid Electric Inspectorate registration, FBR and SRB active taxpayer status, and possess ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications. Experience in similar works with documented completion certificates and financial soundness is mandatory. Bids shall be submitted electronically via EPADS only. Tender fee of PKR 3,000 and bid security of 5% of estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt are required. Technical bids will be opened on 22nd September 2026 at 3:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Sujawal. Manual bids will not be accepted.
