Provision of Furniture for Construction of Community Center for Marines at PNS Qasim

The Military Engineer Services (Navy) COMCOAST office at PNS Karsaz Karachi invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms by 18 September 2026 at 1500 hours. Those not on the approved list or suspended due to non-deposit of enhanced standing security must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of FDR or Deposit At Call pledged in the name of CMES (Navy) COMCOAST. This earnest money is refundable if the contractor is not pre-qualified or does not secure the contract. The tender submission deadline is 25 September 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The CMES (Navy) COMCOAST reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance and will communicate grounds for rejection upon request but is not obliged to justify them.
