The Energy Department invites bids from eligible bidders for the provision and installation of home solar systems across various districts in Kech under the PSDP 2026. The works are based on the composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage basis. Items being procured: - Provision and installation of home solar system for Sarkerzai Zamuran District Kech under PSDP No. 1872 Z2026.3560 (Estimated Cost Rs. 14,000,000) - Provision and installation of home solar system for South Herronk District Kech under PSDP No. 1873 Z2026.3561 (Estimated Cost Rs. 14,000,000) - Provision and installation of home solar system for South Khoshk District Kech under PSDP No. 1874 Z2026.3562 (Estimated Cost Rs. 14,000,000) - Provision and installation of home solar system for UC Jamak in District Kech under PSDP No. 1875 Z2026.3563 (Estimated Cost Rs. 19,000,000) - Provision and installation of home solar system for UC Pedrak in District Kech under PSDP No. 1876 Z2026.3564 (Estimated Cost Rs. 19,000,000) - Provision and installation of home solar system for West Zamuran District Kech under PSDP No. 1877 Z2026.3565 (Estimated Cost Rs. 19,000,000) The scope includes supply and installation of solar home systems meeting the specifications under the PSDP. The project covers multiple locations within District Kech, with a focus on renewable energy solutions. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be on the Active Taxpayer List and registered with the Baluchistan Revenue Authority. Firms must have completed at least one similar assignment with a turnover of Rs. 9,800,000 to Rs. 13,300,000 depending on the TSE No. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-6 or above is mandatory, with specialization in solar energy codes E11(i) (Solar), E11(ii) (Solar Energy), and E11(iii) (Solar Energy System). Experience with DC Solar Home Systems in government sectors within the last 3 years is required. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be accompanied by a 2% bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank.
