Provision and Installation of High-Speed Dedicated Internet Services at MTI-QHAMC Nowshera

The Medical Teaching Institution Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex (MTI-QHAMC) in Nowshera invites sealed bids for the provision and installation of high-speed dedicated internet services under a framework agreement. This procurement is conducted in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014, Rule 14 (2)(a), using a single stage single envelope procedure. Eligible bidders include internet service providers and their authorized dealers who are registered with KPRA for income and sales tax and appear on the active taxpayer list of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bid security of PKR 600,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required in the name of the Hospital Director QHAMC Nowshera. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000 must be deposited in the specified account. All government taxes will be applied as per rules. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-13 at 11:00 hrs in the conference room of the administration block at QHAMC Nowshera. Bids must be submitted by uploading scanned copies on the EPADS portal on or before 2026-08-24 at 11:00 am. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the conference room. Submission via hand, post, courier, or email is not accepted. Interested bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including FBR registration and earnest money requirements. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
