Provision Installation of New Tube Well, Electric Supply, Security Fence, Pathway Rehab, RCC Foundations, and Electrification Mini Sub Station at PAC Kamra and HIT Taxila Cantt

The Military Engineer Services invites applications along with credentials from firms and contractors for pre-qualification and issuance of tender documents for various works at PAC Kamra and HIT Taxila Cantt. The works include: - Provision Installation of New Tube Well with Allied Accessories for HQ S&T at ARF Domestic Area PAC Kamra - Provision of Electric Supply for External Lights in MRF PAC Kamra - Provision/Fixing of Security/Safety Fence at MRF PAC Kamra - Rehabilitation of Pathway at MRF PAC Kamra - Construction of 07 RCC Foundations at Building No.107 (C) AMF Kamra Tech Area PAC Kamra - Construction of 05 RCC Foundations at Building No.106 Tech Area AMF JF-17 PAC Kamra - Provision of External Electrification Mini Sub Station to On Sectt Sub Station at HIT Taxila Cantt Firms must furnish detailed work orders, quality certificates, and documents of completed projects with satisfactory completion certificates from users. Experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works/services is required. Firms must be registered with PEC in the relevant field and eligible to apply. Applicants must provide a list of personnel, bank statement, NTN certificate, and income tax returns for the last three years. Only firms enlisted with PEC in categories C-2, C-3, C-4, or C-5 with validity up to June 2026 are eligible. Preference will be given to firms enlisted with MES in categories A, B, or C. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% bid security refundable. Pre-qualification will be conducted by the Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi. No outstanding D&SE recoveries or special reports from D&SE are allowed. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be received at HQ DW&CE (DP) GHQ Rawalpindi by 1130 hours on 21 September 2026. Opening of tenders will be at 1200 hours the same day. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The accepting office reserves the right to reject any or all applications under PPRA rules 2004.
