Provision and Supply of Furniture Works and Maintenance Materials for Garrison Furniture Yard Rawalpindi Cantt

Applications are invited from contractors and firms on the approved list of QMG/Formation and Garrison Commander for provision and supply of furniture works and maintenance materials at Garrison Furniture Yard Humayun Road Rawalpindi Cantt. The procurement includes the following items: - Provision of Unit Furniture against Deficiency – Gar HQ Rawalpindi (Job No 1603 of 2026-27) - Provision of Unit Furniture against Deficiency – Gar HQ Rawalpindi (Job No 1606 of 2026-27) - Provision of Unit Furniture against Deficiency – Gar HQ Rawalpindi (Job No 1607 of 2026-27) - Provision of Unit Furniture against Deficiency – Gar HQ Rawalpindi (Job No 1609 of 2026-27) - Provision of Unit Furniture against Deficiency – Gar HQ Rawalpindi (Job No 1611 of 2026-27) - Supply of Furniture Maintenance Material for repair of QMG's Furniture for FY 2026-27 - Provision of Unit Furniture against Deficiency – Gar HQ Rawalpindi (Job No 1612 of 2026-27) The scope covers supply and repair of furniture as per approved specifications for the fiscal year 2026-27. The contract period for furniture provision is two months, while maintenance material supply is for twelve months. Eligible bidders must be on the approved list of Central, Provincial, PWD & Railway contractors/firms with broad-based furniture manufacturing setup. A Rs 500/- earnest money in the form of Treasury Challan is required.
