Tender Description
The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Faisalabad invites bids from all Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms for the purchase of Air Conditioners under the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP). This procurement is specifically for the city of Faisalabad and requires suppliers to be registered and compliant with local tax regulations.
Items being procured:
- Air Conditioner 1.5 Ton (08 units) with specifications including rotary/DC inverter compressor, 100% copper coils, power input 1400-1800W, EER/ISEER minimum 3.0-3.5+, refrigerant R410A/R32, and complete installation including copper pipe, drain hose, brackets, wiring, and fire-proof electrical box.
- Air Conditioner 04 Ton Almirah (03 units) floor standing/cabinet/package AC with rotary compressor, DC inverter preferred, refrigerant R410A, power supply 220-240V/50Hz, EER/COP minimum 2.8-3.5, high volume airflow, copper condenser and evaporator coils with anti-corrosion fins, LCD display, remote control, and full operational installation.
The technical scope covers high-efficiency air conditioning units suitable for Pakistan’s climate, including installation and testing. The materials include copper piping, electrical wiring, and fire-resistant cabinets. The scale involves 11 total units with detailed specifications for energy efficiency and noise levels.
Eligibility requires firms to be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, submit bid security of 5% of the total estimated price (Rs. 2,12,000) in the form of CDR, and participate through the Punjab E-Procurement System.
