Purchase of Civil Items etc. for Maintenance Sub Division of NIH Islamabad

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of a comprehensive range of civil items and related goods for the Maintenance Sub Division of NIH. Items being procured include a wide variety of civil and electrical goods such as P.P.R Pipes in various diameters (25mm, 32mm, 63mm), P.P.R Elbows, Sockets, Tees, Unions, Valves, Thread Elbows, Hand Trolly, Pickaxe, Shovel, various tools including Hilti machines, grinders, pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, spinners, cement, sand, bricks, fans, paints, water taps, wash basins, plastic water tanks, electrical wires, switches, bulbs, safety equipment, uniforms, and many more detailed items as per the tender document. The technical scope covers supply of these goods to NIH Islamabad with delivery scheduled within 27 days. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically before the deadline. Earnest money in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is mandatory. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 5% performance security. Eligibility criteria include active taxpayer status, NTN and GST registration, and financial soundness. The tender closing date is Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day via EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted.
