Tender Description

The Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, West Lahore (Pakistan Customs) is procuring computer stationery articles for its operations in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and includes a variety of computer support parts and accessories such as wired and wireless keyboards and mice, printer cartridges and cables, USB drives, networking cables, external hard disks, and Wi-Fi routers. The items will be delivered to the Customs Facility at NLC DryPort, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. The technical scope covers supply of branded and equivalent quality computer stationery with specified warranty periods ranging from 6 months to 1 year. All items must conform to the specifications detailed in the bidding documents and be delivered within 16 days of the purchase order. The successful bidder must provide samples of each item for evaluation by the Purchase Committee.
