Tender Description
The High Commission for Pakistan in Dhaka is procuring Desktop and Laptop Computers along with IT Lab Equipment to enhance its technological infrastructure. This procurement is aimed at authorized dealers who can supply quality IT hardware suitable for official and educational use within the Commission’s premises.
The technical scope includes a variety of computer equipment such as desktops, laptops, and other IT lab devices necessary for efficient office and lab operations. The equipment must meet the required specifications to support the Commission’s administrative and technical functions.
Eligible bidders should be authorized dealers with valid FBR registration and preferably listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying IT equipment to government or diplomatic missions will be advantageous. Earnest Money or CDR requirements, if any, will be communicated during the bidding process.
Bids must be submitted sealed and reach the High Commission office in Dhaka before 12:00 PM on 19 April 2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 14:30 hours in the visiting room of the Chancery. Interested bidders can contact the office via phone at 02-58815118-9 or email at pahicdhaka4@gmail.com or pahicdhaka@mofa.gov.pk for further details.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all bid documents are complete and properly sealed to avoid disqualification. Timely submission is critical as late bids will not be entertained. Familiarity with the Commission’s procurement rules and clear labeling of the bid envelope will facilitate smooth processing.
