Tender Description
The Director FIA Multan Zone, Multan (FIA Multan Zone) invites sealed bids for the procurement of furniture items through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to supply quality furniture to the office located near Ameera Abad park MDA Chowk, Multan. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit their bids online before the deadline of Monday, October 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
Items being procured:
- 20 Revolving Chairs (office work chairs)
- 30 Visitors Chairs
- 1 Seven Seater Sofa
- 1 Main Centre Desk
- 2 Side Tables
- 1 Conference Table (20-feet)
- 1 Conference Chairman Chair
- 20 Revolving Chairs for conference room
- 20 Fixed Conference Chairs
- 1 Rostrum (free standing lectern)
The furniture must meet ergonomic and durability standards including hydraulic height adjustment, padded seats and backs, heavy-duty bases with castors, and professional finishes. Installation services for all items are also required. The delivery schedule is 27 days from the contract award.
Eligible bidders must comply with PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and provide bid security as specified. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
