The procurement is specifically for the Police Training School located in Rawalpindi, Punjab. All products must comply with PSQCA standards, Punjab Food Authority Act 2011, and Punjab Pure Food Rules 2011 as amended. Bidders must be registered firms with relevant experience and should submit their bids in two separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial proposals. Earnest Money in the form of 3% bid security is required with the financial proposal. The successful bidder will also provide a 5% performance guarantee. The bids must be addressed to the Principal Police Training School (PTS) Rawalpindi and submitted before 11:00 a.m. on 12 August 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the same day in the presence of bidders. The quoted rates will be valid until 30 June 2027.
