Purchase of Land/Plots at Industrial Area Rawat District Rawalpindi

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites sealed bids for the Purchase of Land/Plots at Industrial Area Rawat District Rawalpindi under tender number NADRA-HQ-RFB-108/2026. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Items being procured: - Purchase of Land/Plots at Industrial Area Rawat District Rawalpindi (1 quantity) The land must be located within the Industrial Area Rawat and suitable for seismic acquisition services. The technical evaluation will consider proximity to the Industrial Area Rawat, availability of utilities such as WAPDA, network connectivity, sewerage, gas, and water, commercial status of the land, and land level relative to road level. The land should be free from litigation and liabilities, accessible by road, and not located in flood-prone or restricted areas. The minimum face/front of the plot should be 35 feet. Eligible bidders include individuals, companies, or firms registered with NADRA and FBR, with valid NTN and ATL status. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bidders must submit a bid security of PKR 1,300,000 in the form of a pay order, demand draft, call deposit, or banker cheque in favor of NADRA. The bid validity period is 120 days. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, September 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS v2.0. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted physically to the State Bank of Pakistan Building, Shahrah-i-Jamhuriat, G-5/2, Islamabad Capital Territory before the bid submission deadline.
