Supply of Charcoal Dry from Hard Wood (Kiker) and Plant & Machinery

Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah Cantt invites quotations for the supply of Charcoal Dry from Hard Wood (Kiker) and Plant & Machinery. Items being procured: - Charcoal Dry from Hard Wood (Kiker) and practically free from dust, grit and un-burnt/charred wood size 25 mm to 75 mm WR-201, quantity 73,300 KG - Plant & Machinery (specifications detailed in tender documents) The charcoal must be supplied in jute bags, with the weight of jute bags excluded from the charcoal weight. The supplier is responsible for loading and unloading. The quotation must remain valid for 90 days from the date of commercial opening. Suppliers must indicate the shelf life of the store in their technical offer. Offers from firms with credible past performance with POFs will be given due consideration. Proof of successful completion of similar contracts and registration certificates may be required. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 500/- in favor of Director-Admin-POFs, Wah Cantt is mandatory. Bid security must accompany the tender as per specified percentages based on firm registration status. Payment will be made by CMA (POF) through crossed cheque on receipt and acceptance of stores. Taxes and duties must be shown separately with relevant registration numbers. Suppliers must provide hazardous effects information and comply with inspection requirements. Only registered suppliers on active tax payer lists of FBR/ATL are eligible. Firms registered with SECP are preferred. The tender follows Single Stage Two Envelope method under PPRA Rule 36(b).
