Purchase of Wheelchairs for RHOs and HQ NADRA Islamabad

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the purchase of wheelchairs intended for Regional Head Offices (RHOs) and Headquarters in Islamabad. Items being procured: - 370 Wheelchairs for RHOs and HQ NADRA Islamabad The wheelchairs must meet specific technical specifications including a weight capacity of 120 KG or above, front wheels sized 200x38 PU (polyurethane puncture proof), 22-inch fiber rear wheels, solid rubber tyres with high quality plastic or steel rims, aluminium swing-away footrests, folding steel frames for easy transportation, anti-rust powder coated finish, washable heavy-duty nylon/oxford fabric or parachute type cloth upholstery, and fixed padded armrests. The delivery schedule covers multiple regions including AJK, GB, Gwadar, Islamabad, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sargodha, Sukkur, and HQ Backup in Islamabad with quantities specified for each location. Delivery must be completed within 60 days as per the schedule. Eligible bidders must be OEMs, authorized dealers, or distributors with relevant experience and registration with FBR and other government authorities. A minimum of three purchase orders of similar nature worth at least PKR 1,000,000 each from the last three years is required. Bidders must submit samples, warranty certificates for at least one year, and comply with all technical specifications. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 by 11:00 AM on August 24, 2026. Original bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit must be submitted physically to the Deputy Director at NADRA HQ Islamabad before the deadline.
