Reconductoring / Remodeling of 132 kV Transmission Line Burhan to Kamra

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites bids for the procurement of civil works related to the NCB-241 Reconductoring / Remodeling of 132 kV Transmission Line (22.783 km) from Burhan to Kamra, included in the Multi Year Tariff with an estimated cost of Rs. 83,734,267 including PST. Items being procured: - Reconductoring / Remodeling of 132 kV Transmission Line (22.783 km) Burhan to Kamra This project involves the upgrading and remodeling of the transmission line infrastructure to ensure reliable power supply and compliance with the Multi Year Tariff regulations. The works include all necessary civil and electrical components as detailed in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 and comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bid security must be provided in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified. The bidding process will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
