Rehabilitation and Construction Works including Solar Street Lights and Public Toilets by Municipal Committee Kotli Sattian

Municipal Committee Kotli Sattian invites contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council to participate in tendering for multiple infrastructure improvement schemes for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement process will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (PEP) portal, requiring contractors to have valid PEC licenses, CNIC, PRA registration, and NTN uploaded on the system. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of PCC Road from Parrian Masjid towards Darnion Jamia Masjid Road - Rehabilitation of PCC Road from Drair towards Chamba - Rehabilitation of PCC Road from near Burj Bazar towards Lower Phofandi - Installation of solar street lights from Milad Chowk to Chewara Glamping Pods and towards Bharia Foundation School - Construction of Public Toilets near Milad Chowk - Construction of Walking Track from Kotli Burj road (near Toti Stop) to Parchan Hill Top The works include road rehabilitation, installation of solar street lighting, and construction of public toilets and walking tracks within Kotli Sattian. Contractors must submit a bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost electronically via the PEP system. The bids must be submitted online before 01:00 PM on 24-09-2026, with the tender opening scheduled for 02:00 PM the same day at the Municipal Committee Kotli Sattian office. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL compliance, and earnest money deposit. The lowest bidder must also provide additional performance security of 10% of the contract value. Incomplete or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA rules.
