Tender Description
The Punjab Highways Department invites tenders from registered Engineering Firms and Contractors for rehabilitation and improvement works on link roads in Toba Tek Singh district. The procurement is conducted through the PPRA E-Tendering System, allowing all eligible firms to participate online.
Items being procured:
- Rehabilitation / Improvement of Link Road from Chak No. 325/JB to Chak No. 381/JB, Length 1.085 Km, Tehsil & District Toba Tek Singh, Estimated Cost Rs. 18.498 Million, Earnest Money Rs. 0.925 Million
- Rehabilitation / Improvement of Link Road from Chak No. 382/JB to Link Road Chak No. 383/JB to Chak No. 384/JB, Length 1.00 Km, Tehsil & District Toba Tek Singh, Estimated Cost Rs. 18.976 Million, Earnest Money Rs. 0.949 Million
The scope includes laying rigid pavement using concrete batching plant and concrete paving machine, mechanized TST/DST surfacing, and recovery adjustments for old material credit. Contractors must submit bids with 5% bid security via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Performance security of 10% of contract amount is required within 15 days of offer acceptance. No physical securities will be accepted.
Eligibility requires valid PEC registration for Financial Year 2026-27 in relevant categories, registration on Punjab PPRA website, and compliance with PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must quote item-wise rates and total amounts accurately. Bids will be opened on 31-10-2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of Commissioner Faisalabad Division Faisalabad.
Note that only bids signed by the Executive Engineer, Highway Division Toba Tek Singh will be accepted. Non-compliance will lead to cancellation. Contractors should ensure all documents including CDR and PEC license are genuine to avoid disqualification.
