Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP IBB C-2 Mirpur Branch (2053) AK FEDC Region

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids for the renovation and refurbishment works of the NBP IBB C-2 Mirpur Branch (2053) AK FEDC Region located in Mirpur, Azad Jammu & Kashmir. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dismantling works including removal of masonry walls, tiles, ceiling, electrical and plumbing fixtures - Shifting and relocating of dead stock items such as cash safes, fireproof almirahs, ATM machines, lockers, M.S. almirahs/shelves/cash cages - Reinforced cement concrete (RCC) works with 3000 PSI strength - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Supply and installation of a standard fireproof strong room door with triple control locking system - Plaster work of 12mm and 19mm thickness - GI pipe air vent installation - Porcelain tiles for toilet walls and floors - Internal paint works including plastic emulsion and graffiato paint - Teller counter and wooden drawer units - Wooden partition walls - False ceiling with gypsum tiles - Supply and installation of plumbing fixtures including European style W.C., wash basins, bib cocks, soap dispensers, towel rods, mirrors, stainless steel handles - Electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, data/voice wiring, main telephone cable, electrical LT cabling - Supply and installation of LED lights, fans, power sockets, data/voice fixtures, miniature circuit breakers - Shifting of IT cabinet/data/server room panels The scope covers complete renovation and refurbishment as per detailed BOQs and technical specifications. Bidders must have completed at least three similar projects of banks, financial institutions, or national/multinational companies costing not less than Rs. 1.0 million in the last three years. PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04 is mandatory. Bidders must be active on FBR Active Taxpayer List and Provincial Revenue Board. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will be on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is required. Performance guarantee is not required for this contract. The contract duration is 45 days with a delay penalty of 0.1% per day up to 10% of contract price. The procuring agency advises bidders to carefully review the bidding documents, visit the site, and ensure compliance with all eligibility and technical requirements. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory to participate. The National Bank of Pakistan Engineering Wing North Islamabad will provide clarifications through EPADS until October 1, 2026.
