Tender Description
Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi invites tenders from firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-procurement System with bids submitted and opened electronically on 01-09-2026 at 11:00 AM.

The works involve civil rehabilitation and repair of streets, drains, official accommodation, and community halls in various localities of Rawalpindi. Bidders must submit bids electronically with 5% bid security through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual security instruments will not be accepted. Bidders should attach PEC registration certificates and update their profiles on the EP system.
The lowest bidder must deposit a Performance Security of 10% within 15 days of award. PPRA rules apply strictly. The tender documents and bidding instructions are available online. In case of public holiday on the opening date, bids will be opened the next working day.
